It is possible for you to return an item purchased and exchange it for a more suitable item. Product must be returned within 7 days of being delivered in order to be exchanged. A store credit will be issued on items that we are unable to replace. Inzzpire365 policy includes:

• Refunds aren’t given at any time.

• Jewellery must not be altered or damaged

• Store Credit is non-transferable 

• If your purchase exceeds the value of the Store Credit, the extra amount shall be paid before new item is shipped.

• Store Credit never expires.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.

Returns that do not meet our return criteria/policy will be sent back to the customer.
